An Update

Sheesh, it's been a while huh?

Guess I'll say something on behalf of Szilagyi 3s.

Ben hit his one year mark at work recently. He passed his review with ease. His coworkers love him. He's been waking up at 4:30 about 4 times a week to go work out, and is looking pretty good if I do say so myself.  He's also pretty busy with Church, but mostly just sends me irreverent g-chats while he's at late night meetings.  Gosh I love him!

I signed up to be a consultant with a "born in Wisconsin" skin care company.  Which is funny, cause I'm NOT girly.  At all.  But I just need something to get me out and meeting people.  We'll see how it goes.  If you want to try some free samples, I'll send you some.  I have my own website and everything!  alizabeth.lbri.com.  So far Ben's Filipina co-worker is my biggest fan.  I was hearing a lot of Tagalog yesterday.  Gosh I love Asia.

Reid is a little boy now.  He only seems like a baby when he's stripped down and ready for the tub. His rounded little tush is just so cute.  We've been watching way too much Dinosaur Train together, thanks to the cold weather and miserable wind.  He started using a fork this week. His utensil use is still a little uncertain, but he sure loves trying.  Stacking blocks, nesting bowls, and reading books are his favorite activities.  He's also pretty fascinated with throwing balls and will chase them (or a pull back race car) all around the kitchen. Gosh he's tiring. Just kidding, I love him too.

We'll see what I can do by way of pictures.  Not sure I have anything too exciting.

Our New House

Well here are the pictures of our new place. We love, love, love it. It is so nice to actually be living in a house and not an apartment anymore. Although I swear I can still hear a phantom baby crying sometimes. I tried to put the pictures relatively in order on here but they didn't really load that way. So start at bottom and work your way up, although the picture on top is completely out of order. That is the view into the house from the sun room. You should start with the living room that is what you see first from the front door, then the kitchen area, then out the sliding glass door to the sun room, and then the back yard. After that I showed the picture of the stairs which are to your left as you come in the sliding glass door. Our laundry area is right at the bottom of the stairs and beyond that is where Jose is living so no pictures of that. I then brought you back upstairs to our living quarters. Down the hall there are 4 doors, the first to your left is the bathroom, the first room to the right is our spare bedroom/office, the second door to your left is our bedroom, and the second door to the right is Jazella's bedroom. I also included a couple pictures of our master bathroom. Hopefully you can understand the pictures that I posted, if not just post any questions that you have and I'll try to clarify. Overall, we are very happy with the move, even though moving is no fun. Jazella loves having all her toys in her bedroom where she can make as big of a mess as she wants and I can just shut the door and clean her toys up when I get to it. And in the summer it will be so nice to just let her run free in the backyard. Love it!

Ridin' Brighton

Me and some friends went to Brighton to ride yesterday. I brought a pack of socks and got in for only $20..killer deal, too bad it's the last week they are offering it. The snow was decent and the sun was shining, and my friend, Mallory, and I even met Santa in the lodge. He was "ho-ho-ho"ing so loud in this picture that I could not stop laughing! ha ha

Christmas Tree

This year Cec and I decided we wanted a real Christmas tree, so our friends Andrew and Kyle went and chopped one down for us. It is probably an illegal tree since it came from the canyon but it was free :) And we love it! It is huge and we just decorated but I haven't taken a picture of it done yet so you'll have to wait for it. Merry Christmas!

Weekend on the Town

The girls and I went shopping at Fashion Place mall so we could check out the new H&M, our favorite, and Crate & Barrel, Bizzie's heaven. It was a lot of fun, and then we met Steve for a fireside dinner at Squatter's, where we all got delicious burgers, unplanned. As always, Jazella was hilarious and adorable every where we went, and everyone loved her. Good times. Special shout out to our Mama...holla back C!!!!
