More cruise pictures

Back at the dive shack, this is the resort accross the inlet.

On the way home having survived.

Mom exploring the deep.

Mom blowing bubbles

Not a blue whale!

Sea fans

White sponges

Mom holding on to the bouyance control that helps you go up or down. The underwater pictures were all taken on disposable cameras. Next time we go diving I will have a waterproof case for my Nikon.

Mom and I on the dive boat going off to our first "open water" dive. Although mom was very hesitant to jump in the water with 60 lbs of equipment on, she did much better than I and still had over half her air left when the dive was over after about 25 mins. I was at the bare minimum.

Going off to dive class on the first day in Roatan. Mom was convinced I was trying to kill her.

Will's Game & Lava Hot Springs

This Saturday I went with Jessica to see Will's football team play their first preseason game. It was really cold and windy but they won the team they played wasn't very good they only scored once. The score was 56-6 at least the other team tried. ( Will is number 40 in the pictures) And later that night I went with my roommates to Lava Hot Springs it was a lot of fun and cool because I have never seen anything like that before. It took us about 2 hours to get there but it was worth the drive.

The Cruse

This is a Snake Bird. From the neck down it is underwater.

The second mystery bird, hope you kept those books handy.

One of my favorite pictures!

Another pelican

Your mother's favorite bird.

This is your mom's favorite picture. We were riding in the airboat on canals cut through the mangrove trees.

Ok, get those bird books out. This is the first of two mystery birds which need to be identified

These are more Everglades pictures. These were taken at a little roadside park. No fences, no cages, etc. If one wanted to there was nothing keeping you from swimmng right up to the alligators, or visa versa.

IT'S A BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Elizabeth went in this morning at 5:15 a.m. for her scheduled c-section, and her and Jared welcomed a new boy, Preston Colt Johnson, into the world! He was a chunk at 8 pounds 14 ounces and 20 inches long; the doctor said if he wouldn't have peed twice on the way out he would have been a solid 9 lbs...nothing on Ben's what 11 lbs but still...Happy Birthday Preston!!!!
