Winter in Ogden

Here are some beautiful pictures that I took after our first big snowfall. See Ogden's not so bad.

ROCKTON HERE I COME!

I'm very Excited that I am coming home tomorrow. I should be studying for my last final right now but this is more fun. I am happy that this semester is over. Regarding the comment where bizzie called herself gay. I think that should go up for the funniest thing of the month. Anyway, I need to study. Just thought I'd say howdy. Howdy. P.S. Sam you're getting coal for christmas. Santa told me you've been very naughty. Tisk, tisk.

Bizzie READ

Hey Biz, I talked to Brandon and he is going to go to school at Beloit College despite not really wanting to, he has received answers to his prayers saying Beloit was where he needed to be. So he'll be around! He also was up for meeting you, he said before his mission he was kind of stupid to the whole dating thing. He also said he wants to date a girl that can get his wackiness, I said you'll meet your match with this one! Just kidding I just said it would be cool if you guys could get together. He looks taller, he lost all his weight but looks more sturdy if ya ask me! I told him you would be here December 12. I'm not going to hound you like before...sorry about that.

My story is better...

So one of my friends at church and I went to Old Navy to gt some kids clothes for church. We were looking for shirts for our husbands...nothing snazzy, just some printed long sleeve thermals. We had this genious idea to get matching shirts for our husbands to wear without their knowledge. So we made dinner plans for Famous Dave's on Friday and carefully executed our plan to embarass the heck out of our husbands.

So I told Brian he had to wear this shirt Sheri had picked out for him, so then she would feel good. Being the wonderful, sweet, kind, and delightful husband he is, he did it. They came to pick us up without a hitch. We get to Famous Dave's, Sheri and her husband Bryan sit down right away and Sheri and I can't stop laughing. It was so freaking funny. The husbands can't figure out why we are nearly dying of laughter. Brian just thinks we're being dumb until he looks at Bryan Kwapis's shirt and looks down at his own, looks at me and says, "oh my gosh Jamie!" Sheri and I couldn't even talk we were laughing so hard. Bryan K. didn't even realize what had happened until Brian walked away to the bathroom. We had to tell him that we put them in matching shirts! Bryan K. just kept saying, "what kind of people do that to their husbands, seriously you guys are retarded." Brian got back to the table and Brian K. just kept saying, "what is wrong with you two?" Anyway I had brought my camera but Brian turned his shirt inside out and refused to let me take a picture. This was the highlight of the freaking rest of the year, unless we can do it again. So our little inside joke for our hubbies is where are your shirts?

Funny Story of the Month

So I just decided we should have a funn story of the month contest. Granted I thought of this idea because I have a hilarious story that's probably going to take December but any how we should do it. Here is my story:
Liz and I went to get our oil changed on Saturday and we had to wait about 20 minutes in the lobby. The clerk called me up and said "How do I say your last name?" I told him how to say it, and then he asked, "Is that Polish?" I told him it was Hungarian. Then he says to me "Welcome to America. How long have you been here?" No joke he seriously thought I was an immigrant. It was all I could do not to just laugh in his face. So there it is top that if you can!

Brian the Builder

I think this is a more appropriate picture for the occasion. And remember watch out for that damn scarecrow!

Congratulations!

Congratulations to Brian for getting accepted into his heavy machinery apprenticeship!

Thought for the day

I'm sure that you all have seen those cell phone commercials where people are saying that they need their network to work in all these different places and then merge those places into one word. I was thinking about that the other night and I wondered what our network would be with all of us all over the country. I came up with South Beloglorocklakeington (South Beloit, Ogden, Logan, Rockton, Lakewood and Arlington).

This one is better!

Here's the updated desktop. I'm sooooooooo sorry Jamie. When I was putting it together I thought "Oh! I don't have a pic of Jamie. I'll have to fire up the old computer to get it off of there." And that's as far as I got. I spent this weekend moving pics and other crap off of the old and onto the new so now it's the whole family like it was supposed to be. I hope you all love it and if you don't too bad, I do. :)
