Stepping Up

Well, since Katie "unofficially" challenged us all to update more, I figure I'll let everyone know how we're doing here in Oshkosh.

Reid has his two bottom teeth, and has had them for a couple weeks now.  I think the top ones might be coming in soon.  He loves to crawl with his legs and knees, but can't figure out how to work his arms.  Today I had this moment where I thought "He's so smart he knows man isn't suppose to use all fours!"  He really works his legs so hard and his arms just stay totally still.  Either way, he just ends up going backwards or practically getting stuck with his butt straight in the air.  He went from one solid food serving a day to three overnight.  He loves pears.  There aren't any foods he hasn't liked, but pears definitely seem to be the favorite.

Ben loves lawyering.  He's so anxious to get a jury trial.  His stories kill me, he does people such a service and it seems they either don't appreciate it or bawl for fear.

I love watching my comedy shows.  Yup, that's what I'm doing right now.  ABC Wednesday and NBC Thursday light up my life.

Okay, so this really headed no where fast, but hopefully it will appease Katie and anyone else who wanted a new post from Wisconsin.

Welcome to my blog; I am the only one who posts and then comments on those posts. This week, I saw two male Lazuli Buntings on my bird-feeder, and it was very cool. Apparently, they are beautiful singers, so I am waiting to hear their songs as they compete to attract females!

Happy Dance

So I definitely have first time parent syndrome, aka I think everything my child does is so amazing and cute and I must share it with the world. Anyway, this is something she just started doing. When she is in her bumbo and gets excited or likes what she is eating she does this little shake, it is so hilarious. See for yourselves. Love you all!!!

She isn't doing the best crawling she has ever done in the video, but none the less she is crawling. She is still kinda slow about it but it gets her where she wants to go. Love you all, enjoy!
