Update on Colin...

I just heard from Aunt Linda. Colin is still in ICU. They didn't do any procedures today. Tomorrow they're going to do an endoscopy to see if they can see what's going on in his lungs and perhaps take a biopsy. They're thinking it could possibly be fungal pneumonia but they won't know for sure until the test results come back. Right now they have him on Morphine and according to Linda he's in a lot of pain. They have him on heavy duty antibiotics just as a precaution but once they know what they're dealing with they be able to treat him with more specific medication.

Homecoming Game

Last night was our Homecoming game against Southern Utah University, and we actually won! I think the scored ended up being 53-34 and the football team was amazing especially #6 he made three touchdowns! I had a great time and we actually had pretty good seats for only getting there a half an hour before the game, we were seven rows from the field. Notice in the last picture that stupid guy is giving up bunny ears he did that all night even when we asked him to stop!

Pudding Dance

Last night for homecoming week there was a Pudding Dance, but it really wasn't pudding it was more like blue jello anyway it was so much fun they would bring out buckets of the jello and everyone would just throw it at each other basically a huge food fight with music. It stained my hands blue and my hair but luckily after many washes it came out before I had to go to class this morning. In the bottom pictures those are my roommates Cecily ( dark hair) and Kelly (red hair), Kelly didn't go with Cecily and I because she didn't want to get dirty...

Noah Soccer

Noah drives down the field to score, only to have the opposing coach get in the way of the moment of glory. (Big Jerk!)

Wind Point and Racine, WI

Your mother and I were looking for something to do on Saturday. So we found a lighthouse listed near Milwaukee and decided to take a road trip.
We had a little trouble finding it, who would have thought you could hide a lighthouse? We did find it and it was well worth the effort.
The little building is the Fog Horn Building which is now a museum.

A flower amoung the flowers!

This engine room panel was made in Cleveland in 1909,

Some of the flowers on the grounds of the lighthouse. They had beautiful little garden with a bench overlooking Lake Michigan. It really was a gorgeous spot and a wonderful day on which to enjoy it.

The Wind Point Lighthouse as seen from just north of Racine. It was a little hazy, so the colors are not as good as they might be. We are going to try to go back in the fall when the trees have changed. Its about a 90 min drive from our house.

We had to wait while the drawbridge opened to let a group of sailboats out of the inner harbor.

This is a view of the Drawbridge from the outer harbor.

The Racine Lighthouse is on the right. The light is no longer visable. The building on the left is the Rescue Station. Both are now owned by a yatch club so this is as close as the poor people can get.

The resturant in Racine overlooked the harbor and the lighthouse.
