Great Day

Ben and I had an awesome day, at least I think so. I'm going to copy Sam and just say you can read about it here.

Long Time no Writing

So after I reviewed past blogs I realized how some are very funny, some are very rude, or yet one is very RUDE! I'm just kidding Lauren! Calm down. Brian is in Iowa until next Thursday which really bites! He may not even be able to find a route home if Iowa slips into the good ole Mississippi. Jackson can stand for a couple of seconds on his own and Noah does not stop talking. He really comes up with some funny little phrases! He says, "you've gotta be kiddin me". Apparently I say weird things too much! Brian will miss his Father's Day which is sad...we'll hold it for him at a later date. I've been busy painting away, its very annoying. I would like to tell Liz that she does have friends...I mean Bizzie seemed to vouch for her quite nicely by calling her a loser! P.S. Bizzie you trap rabbits for kicks. I'm glad everyone seems to be doing well, hope we can see you all soon. Brian tried to take off some time to perhaps go to Cleveland and his boss shut him down pretty hard. They just don't have anyone to replace Brian on the job site. His boss is a real stickler, but he's great at what he does. Brian is to the point that Jim tells him what needs to be done, and Brian can go off and do it. He works really hard and I'm glad that he found something he absolutely loves. He was telling me today how much fun he has doing it...and that makes me so happy. Liz, if it makes you feel better I have no friends either. I'm pretty sure I chased them all away when I told them that I talked to my cats sometimes. LOL! Well much love to all those who need it, if you don't I want it back!!!
Get Prepared Everyone...it's very much a focus right now for good reasoning! Get 72 hour kits for your apartments in case you need to leave in a hurry.

Not to Alarm You...

But I had a dream that I went to the Doctor who turned out to be William Shattner. He told me there was nothing wrong with me and drove me to the parents house and on our way (actually at the intersection of Roscoe Rd. and Old River Road) I saw that Rockton was under nuclear attack (or perhaps the Byron reactor had a meltdown). Also, Jessica you were missing and mom wanted me to look for you but I told her you were fine and went to the grocery store to stock up on rice and coco puffs for the impending food shortage. Just thought I'd warn you all.

Maybe we need two scriptures per month

As I have loved you, love one another.
By this shall men know ye are my disciples,
If ye have love one to another!

I love you all!

Tuesday Night Movie Review 6/10/08

This week's movie was "Kung Fu Panda". It was great! Really funny, well made, good voice acting. I loved it! I really don't have anything bad to say about it. You should go see it...right now...go...get out of here! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I like birds.

Today I saw not one but four Western Tanagers walking home from the gym. I was pretty excited because I've never seen one in the wild, and that's one more for my Birder Life List...Anyway I thought since various cool members of our family are interested birds I'd share my experience.
p.s. unfortunately this is not my pic, all I had with me were my sweaty gym clothes no camera..
