I was looking around for new podcasts to listen to the other day and I came across a really great one. It's called "Stories from General Conference: Inspirational Messages for Our Time" (you can subscribe to it here). Each episode centers on a different topic and includes a compilation of stories from recent General Conferences related to that topic. The episodes range in length from 10 to 45 minutes. I just subscribed last week but it looks like a new episode is released every two weeks or so.
On a related note you can get the broadcasts of General Conference as a podcast too (yes I know they're available on lds.org as well).

How many podcasts do you listen to on an average day?
It depends, usually 1 or 2. I'm subscribed to about 15 but most of them only record once a week. I've got a bunch of back episodes of my favorite podcasts loaded on my iTouch in case I get tired of listening to music at work.
