I think it's a female American Redstart(Setophaga ruticilla). If Im wrong I should at least get a door prize, I spent forever trying to find it in my bird guide!
I second that--at first I thought it was some type of Warbler, but Bizzie is right it's a femmie Redstart. As the person who verified this statement, I want half that money. Actually since Biz and I are the only ones to write back, we both want $10!

P.s. if you see a bird that resembles this one only darker black and more red than yellow coloring, that is a male Am. Redstart...
I thought it was an African or possibly a European Swallow but since the picture doesn't show the bird in relation to a coconut I couldn't tell.
They have a nice song too. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Setophaga-ruticilla-001.ogg
Bizzie is correct it is the Female American Redstart. Sorry Katie, no prizes for second place.
I will be in SLC week after next, so Bizzie you'll get your prize on whatever night we all have dinner.
Blah I hate birds! Can't we have a contest on something more interesting!!
Blah to you!
I'm never participating in a contest again.
I thought it was fun! And Im not just saying that because I won.
