Mom and I on the dive boat going off to our first "open water" dive. Although mom was very hesitant to jump in the water with 60 lbs of equipment on, she did much better than I and still had over half her air left when the dive was over after about 25 mins. I was at the bare minimum.

Your trip looks like it was so much fun. I'm glad you two got to get away together for a while. And I agree, next time you dive you'll have to buy a water carrier for your camera, I have a feeling those pictures don't do the experience justice.
