My friend who is an NR major sent me these pictures of this huge, scary, poor mountain lion that was killed up Smithfield Canyon in early December. Apparently he was over 200 lbs and could eat your head in one bite. Scary to think what is out there roaming the hills, and I have never wanted a little 40 mm. more in my life..

I think it's sad they killed him but scary that he was so close to them
